How Can I Help Outside of Donations?
Become a CASA
There are various ways to support children in foster care. One of the most valuable things a person can do is become a CASA. CASA stands for Court-Appointed Special Advocate, and they serve as a child’s voice in court. You must be over 21 years of age and pass a background check. Visit nationalcasagal.org to find your local CASA program.
Be a Part of Cultivating CASA
Additionally, Catalyst for Kids is always searching for new guests to interview on Cultivating CASA! If you or someone you know is interested in getting interviewed, email catalyst4kids@gmail.com to coordinate!
Help provide Extracurriculars for Foster Kids
Catalyst for Kids is proud to help offer foster children dance classes through a partnership with Together We Foster. If you or someone you know would be interested in partnering with Catalyst for Kids to teach acting classes, drawing classes, dance classes, etc, please reach out to catalyst4kids@gmail.com
